It is always nice to experience the Christmas atmosphere around every end of the year. Even that I don't really celebrate it. And serving a chocolate Christmas cake is a must for the event when children involved. What can be more interesting for those young people than new clothes, presents and a big bite of chocolate cake.
I copied and modified the recipe from Swedish chocolate cake, Kladdkaka. It is simply a thin and soft chocolate cake with chocolate ganache, and tiramisu butter cream for topping. The rest is golden and colorfully edible Christmas symbols. And you may officially greet Christmas celebration by now...
