Fruit Pie - Cassava Flour

This cute sweet dessert is my very favorite baking with Modified Cassava Flour. Delicious mini pie crust made from Mocaf with strawberry concentrate and various fruit and dry fruit for topping. The tasty sour sweet sensation has made my weekend and weekdays.



Cassava is one of main product close to my hometown. Still, it is definitely challenging to encourage young people consuming this very local food. Simple innovation should be pushed to provide certain food for the youngers.


So far I have baked with many different flour, and proportion 3:1 ratio for cassava flour : wheat flour is considered ideal. Same taste and even better texture with the same process. Exactly the same process with rolling pin (glenderan jladren). For this consideration, Glenderan Jladren Cassava will be a great idea for branding purpose.
