The best and easiest way to a have and serve more healthy menu? Salad with eggs. First of all: you always have eggs (any kind of eggs) in your fridge. Second, tomatoes is the easiest plant to grow yourself. Garb another veggie yo have and voila, a full plate of fine salad is fully served.


I'm not a big fan of salad, so I`s have only limited salad dressing. The most frequent salad dressing I made: my version of thousand island. Put tomato sauce and mayonnaise, stir them up together with yolk, add some pepper, salt and lemon. Done.
